Tasting Notes

Blood rims with crimson opaque centre. Honeyed flowers on the nose with hints of coffee beans ad plums. Juicy red fruits line your palate with some sticky tannins and Christmas cake flavours.

Goes well with fishes, hor-d’ oeuvres, croquette, truffle fries, fish soup. White chicken rice, deep fried snacks, lamb chops, red meats.
