The Franciacorta Sparkling Rosé Demi Sec is born in the vineyards of Tenute La Montina located between Lake Iseo and the morainic amphitheater of Franciacorta, in the province of Brescia

It is produced at 60% with Pinot Noir grapes and 40% with Chardonnay grapes, exclusively hand-picked. This Demi Sec is the result of two different pressing: the first one is soft with the niermarble vertical press and the second with the classic lung presses.Subsequently the wine ages in bottle for at least 24 months on the lees.

Tasting Notes

This Rosé Demi Sec is characterized by a rosy color, with a lively and harmonious mousse. The nose opens with pleasant aromas of red berries undergrowth. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh and delicate, with a marked softness.

Perfect to accompany dried desserts and pastries, it is ideal in combination with fresh cheeses.
