Aging: Around 24 months, in small oak barrels. Rest in the bottle for at least 6 months.

Serving Temp: 14-16 °C.

The nose is clean, clear, of excellent definition. Clear sensation of sour cherries, peach and small red fruit. Pleasant liqueur note that is divided between cherry and chocolate. Recalls of walnut husk, eucalyptus leaves and angostura. The palate is just slightly sweet in the entry phase but maintains a dry tendency. Final bitterish, with hints of cherry and closing on notes of bark and aromatic herbs.
