Franciacorta Brut Millesimato is born in the vineyards of Tenute La Montina located between Lake Iseo and the morainic amphitheater of Franciacorta, in the province of Brescia.

It is produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the froth takes place by means of a second fermentation in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico method, with refinement on its own yeasts.

Tasting Notes

This Franciacorta Brut Millesimato is characterized by a straw yellow color, a soft foam and a fine and continuous perlage. The nose opens with delicate hints of honey, enriched with enveloping notes of fruit with yellow flesh and toasted. On the palate it is full and savory, with a good acid verve.

It enhances every flavor without overwhelming it by combining well with all dishes.
