The Cabernet of Fattoria Monticino Rosso has unique characteristics that make it recognizable thanks to elegant aromas and great intensity. The dashing character of this Bordeaux variety is expressed through the warmth of the fruit, based on plums and blueberries. To all this are added a whole series of herbaceous nuances, of flowers and spices, which help to create a sumptuous symphony, which are the background of the tannins decided, but that never lose sight of elegance.
