Prosecco defined as Extra Dry for the higher quantity of residual sugar. It is chosen by those who prefer soft tastes. A double fermentation gives the wine its typical variety fragrance.
To the eye is a beautiful pale straw yellow, with greenish reflections and with fine and lasting perlage. On the nose it is possible to perceive a clean and punctual bouquet, in which the wild flowers are followed by references to the yellow apple and pear. The sip is soft and fresh at the same time, good balance and good length.
Aperitif wine. Best served with first courses and fish or white meat courses.
