VINIFICATION: the grapes are pressed, cooled and put into a very soft bladder press. The obtained must is conserved sweet with its sugars at a low temperature; secondly it is transferred to a big tank where it ferments for 10 days. It remains 2 weeks on its yeasts, than it is filtered and bottled after about 20 days.
Straw yellow with golden highlights. In bouquet, typical of the grape variety recalling yellow flowers, peach and lemon. Balance between flavour and sweetness int the mouth. Slightly sour with an aromatic end.
For the after- dinner with a dessert: fruit tart, puff pastry, sweet focaccia.
