Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red with purple reflections. Elegant, with hints of cherry, intense and persistent, with hints of jam, given by the light withering of the grapes,
spicy, with hints of coffee, cocoa, cinnamon and balsamic background.

Sumptuous, warm, full-bodied, intense, just tannic, with wide resonances of china and licorice.

Food pairing:

Goes well with dishes such as grilled meat and cheeses seasoned.
