Tasting Notes

Pink rims with ruby red centre, clear. Fragrance of sweet red berries, powdered sugar, roses. Fresh red berries on the palate, rose syrup, good structure. Long berries finish.

Serves well as an aperitif, good with strawberry desserts, tomato based pizza and pasta, coconut based nonya kuehs.
