Tasting Notes

Pale yellow crystal clear, fine and persistent bubbles. Intense notes of ripe apple, acacia flowers, sage leaves on the nose. Fresh zest and good balance of acid on the palate.

Perfect as an aperitif but also works well with hor-d’ oeuvres, oysters, tempura, fried snacks.
