Tasting Notes

Straw yellow with persistent bubbles. Lively, sweet, sharp tone of apple, citrus and wildflowers on the nose. White peaches, and nectarines with lively acid. Well structured, long finish of white fruits.

Perfect as an aperitif but also works well with hor-d’ oeuvres and oysters.
