The Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve Pradello of the Fattoria Monticino Rosso stems from the desire to obtain the best that the hills have to offer for an elegant vine like Cabernet Sauvignon. Choosen from the best bunches from the company's most successful crus. The vineyards are rooted in clayey soils and enjoy excellent wind exposure, which allows to cultivate in total respect of nature. This care in the vineyard is combined with a meticulous attention in the cellar, where the wine rests for two years in new French oak barrels, to enhance the elegance of the Cabernet Sauvignon. Twelve months of aging in bottle follow.
In the opening phase it offers delicate mineral hints. The nose is intense and well developed with red fruits in spirit and aromatic herbs that tickle the nose with measured elegance. Intense and persistent, it amazes the harmony of aromas, alternating sweet spices with mint and blueberries in jam. Sumptuous palate, wide, rich in nuances both for the structure and for the tannins, in turn very fine and concentrated. Long finish, mineral with graphite references and a very seductive black fruit aftertaste.
