Tasting Notes

Ruby red colour with garnet hues on the rims. On the nose, there are various perfumes of cherries, tea leaves, and some leather. On the palate, its complex polyphenolic structure of red fruit, tea leaves, and spice, leaves a long finish.

Perfect with ripe cheeses, roasted BBQ meat, roasted vegetables, Chinese BBQ pork (char-siew).
