Tasting Notes

Purple with brick-colored reflections in the glass. The stimulating bouquet reveals aromas reminiscent of fully ripe sour cherries, red rhubarb, redcurrant, cassis liqueur, cedar, mocha, tobacco leaves and earthy notes with a hint of vanilla and bread crust. On the palate, the "Rosso di Montalcino" is juicy, elegant, supple, soft and very harmonious with an elegant and tannin-rich finish and a beautiful aroma carried by red and black berries.

Goes well with beef, lamb, game and poultry.
