Obtained by vinifying grapes of white manzoni in purity, it is a wine, this Manzoni Bianco from the Euganean Hills labeled "Quota 101", which will literally leave you speechless, so many are the sensations and nuances that will be able to transmit you, both in perfumes that in taste.

Worked partly in steel and partly in wood, it is a white in which fruit and tertiary tones meet, then both enriched by the unique characteristics of the terroir. The result is a sip of absolute charm.

Tasting Notes

Intense straw yellow with greenish. Orange peel nose, aromatic herbs, spicy and vanilla notes. On the palate you can taste citrus fruits and golden apples, all supported by an alcoholic degree that gives volume and softness.

Food Pairing:

Excellent as an aperitif and combined with seafood risottos and main courses of fish or grilled white meat.
