An informal and carefree bubble, quick and lively, materializes in what is Prosecco Brut "Quota 101". Obtained from grapes exclusively harvested in the company vineyards, it is a Prosecco with an available and versatile character, but at the same time with a well-defined and never submissive character.

Tasting Notes

Dress the glass of a beautiful straw yellow, bright, with greenish reflections and fine and persistent bubbles. The nose is typical and characteristic, introduced by the memory of wild flowers, then distinguished by the call to the golden apple. Soft and balanced in the mouth, fresh and of good length.

Food Pairing:

Perfect as aperitif and with fish or meat courses.
