The Cabernet Sauvignon finds on the Berici Hills a perfect habitat: the position in the hills about 150 meters above sea level, an exposure to the sun for most of the day and a light breeze in the late afternoon make the vineyard "Casara Roveri" one of the most interesting cru of the Dal Maso production.

The grapes are harvested by hand, with extreme care and selecting the best bunches. Aging in barriques and barrels gives the wine a roundness and a unique elegance.

Tasting Notes

Intense ruby red color. Varietal bouquet with hints of berries, spices and vanilla. Full flavor, long and persistent with a right acidity that marks its balance.
