VINIFICATION: Soft pressing, static decanting of cold must and fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeasts.
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. The wine expresses an intense and elegant mineral connotation, enhancing the flavor, characteristic of the Verdicchio cultivar. Following the agitation of the glass we find intense floral notes, with yellow and white flowers (hawthorn).
The wine has a soft attack, without residual sugar, immediately characterized by the acid component, which is counterbalanced by flavor. The aromas remain for a long time with mineral and floral references with a slight bitter note in the finish.
Goes well with appetizers, dishes based on fish, pasta dishes, white meats, fresh cheeses or as an aperitif. In the Marches the typical combination is rabbit in pork or chicken in potacchio.
