Vinification and Aging: the grapes are harvested in the second decade of September; after the Diraspa-Pigitura the crushed grapes are macerated for 10 - 12 hours at a temperature of 8-10 ° C. The must is decanted cold and after clarification is fermented at temperatures of 12-14 ° C. After fermentation, the wine remains on its lees, aging "sur-lie", until March (about 6 months).
Bright golden yellow color and soft greenish reflections. The nose offers a delicate bouquet with notes of white peach, exotic fruit, flowers of broom and orange blossom, embellished with mineral nuances. In the mouth it is fresh, fragrant and sapid.
Goes well with shellfish, appetizers and snacks.
