Merlot + Cabernet = "Ortone". This is the result that "Quota 101" winery get by joining the two Bordeauxers. Worked partly in steel and partly in large barrels, it is a wine, the "Ortone", in which the peculiarities of the two internationals are combined with the characteristics of the Euganean Hills, to give life to an interesting and pleasant sip.

Fruit and spices are enriched by the typical vegetable tones, while the consistency is guaranteed by the solid and full-bodied merlot.

Tasting Notes

An intense ruby colour and fragrances of red fruits, cherries in particular, are the main features of this wine. In the mouth, it finishes with a savory note, moderately alcoholic.

Food pairings:

Excellent with Kebab (Lambs).
