The Ulziano is produced by collecting Sangiovese grapes in the middle or late September.

The grapes come exclusively from the vineyards of the Palazzona di Maggio estate in the Doc Colli di Imola area.

It is vinified in stainless steel tanks with short maceration techniques at a controlled temperature of about 28 °.

Tasting Notes

Ruby red color and violet reflections.

On the nose it smells of violet, red fruit, berries, rosebuds and sweet spices.

It is a wine of good intensity and freshness with crunchy tannins, sapidity well supported by the structure and dry finish.

Food Pairing:

Ideal consumption together with appetizers based on salami and piadina, or first courses with meat sauce and pasta.
