The Draco Reserve is produced by harvesting the Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot grapes in September. The grapes come exclusively from the best vineyards of the Palazzona di Maggio estate located in the DOC Colli di Imola area.

It is vinified with controlled temperature maceration techniques. Subsequently a post-fermentative maceration on the skins takes place.

Aging takes place in 500 liter oak barrels for a period of 24 to 30 months.

Tasting Notes

Dracone Reserve is a very intense ruby red wine. On the nose it gives back notes of vanilla, Virginia tobacco, green pepper, currant, marasca jam and raspberry compote. On the palate great intensity and persistence, great roundness, right balance with well-designed Tannins.Dry and with a long, spicy and mineral finish.

Ideal if consumed with grilled red meat.
