The wine-making method for producing "Iocalia" is essentially based on stringent temperature control during the fermentation process so that, when transferred to the wine, the freshness of the grapes remains intact. The end result is an extremely pleasant, fresh and fragrant wine that is suitable for all occasions in that it pairs perfectly with just about any food.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow in colour with a fresh, fruity and floral bouquet and a dry, full and persistent palate.

Wine for every meal: as an aperitif, with raw seafood appetizers or pasta dishes as well as deep-fried and grilled fish.
