The 'P. Honorii' Riserva is the top of the tree for La Viola, a selection of the best of the summer's grapes that are fermented in stainless steel, and then raised in new French barriques and tonneaux for 14 -16 months.

A wine that tells the story of a territory rich in knowledge such as Romagna, synonymous with quality and excellence, which fully reflects the genuine values of the peasant tradition: fruit intensity, modulated extraction and a strong sense of balance that comes from the first vineyards of the company. "Petra Honorii" was the name by which it was called Bertinoro during the Gothic Wars.

Tasting Notes

Intense ruby red color. The nose develops an intense concentration of red fruits such as black currant, blackberry and blueberry accompanied by plum jam. Closes with a vibrant minerality and pleasant spiciness. With a fine and impeccable taste, its balance alternates pleasant freshness with just the right amount of alcohol and softness.

Goes well with roasts, beef stews and red meat.
