Collection by manual cassette in the morning. Vinification is by soft pressing, static decantation of cold must and fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeasts.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow with greenish reflections. There are great notes of citrus, grapefruit, grapefruit peel, orange; followed by the sensations of orange blossom, a salty note typical of Verdicchio returns to the second beat, completing the aromatic sensations.

In the palate, it has a good soft attack followed by an important acidity, balanced by a certain flavor. In a retronasal way the citrus and sapid notes are found for a long time.

Food Pairing:

Appetizers, dishes based on fish, pasta dishes, white meats or as an aperitif. Good also with vegetables and pizza.
